Job summary

Modon is seeking an experienced digital marketing leader to translate the Group’s digital strategy into actionable plans. You will manage corporate social media channels, coordinate governance, and drive performance across campaigns and platforms.

You will partner with Corporate Communications, Brand Marketing, Customer Service, IT and external agencies to improve digital effectiveness while protecting the Group’s brand, data and reputation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on digital-marketing experience across platforms and channels.
• Experience with campaign setup, tracking and performance troubleshooting.
• Experience coordinating governance, approvals and reporting for multi-brand groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Group’s social media channels and digital campaigns.
• Support digital-governance processes, marketing-technology workflows, and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, IT, Legal and agencies on digital initiatives.
• Ensure content compliance with brand and platform policies.
