First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a Senior Payments Product Leader to drive development and commercialization of next-generation payment propositions across UAE and international markets. You will lead end-to-end product management, engage regulators, and partner with fintechs and banks to enhance FAB's cross-border capabilities.

The role requires extensive experience in payments, strong P/L ownership, and a strategic mindset to shape market-leading solutions in a complex regulatory environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or equivalent discipline.
• 15-18 years of relevant experience in driving product launches, strategizing roadmaps and managing P&L.
• Strong P/L management regarding fee-based income for the products.
• Familiarity with CBDCs, Tokenization, Virtual Assets and modern cash-management concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative delivery style.

Aufgaben

• Support Payments Product Management, Product Development, Innovation and delivery channels globally.
• Commercialize existing cross-border payments propositions and drive market share.
• Strategize and launch campaigns to gain market share in cross-border payments.
• Drive tokenization, CBDC initiatives and partnerships with banks and fintechs.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from business case to delivery and commercialization.
• Engage with regulators and industry forums to shape propositions and compliance.
• Review service standards, operations processes and vendor performance to ensure client delight.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Platforms, Risk) for seamless execution.
