Job summary

HYTORC seeks a senior finance professional to safeguard company assets by enforcing internal controls and robust financial processes across multiple entities including the UAE, UK, Europe, and APAC. You will lead monthly closes, oversee local accounting teams, and ensure GAAP compliance with statutory authorities.

Reporting to the CFO, you will provide management with timely financial reporting, drive process improvements, and manage audits.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of audit procedures, planning, testing and sampling methods.
• Strong accounting and analytical skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• 5-10 years’ work experience in a similar management role, international experience desired.
• Professional certifications (CPA or Chartered Accountant).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey accounting information to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly close for international subsidiaries.
• Oversight and manage local accountants in multiple international offices.
• Overseeing local GAAP and statutory compliance with local authorities.
• Monitors and enforces intercompany recharges between related parties.
• Management of external audits across international offices.
• Monthly financial reporting to CFO and other stakeholders.
• Cash management with emphasis on disbursement controls.
• Oversee internal financial and operating controls and processes.
• Provide various business analysis reports for management.
• Project-based work to standardize and automate financial data and reports.
• Cost center and cost unit accounting; contribution margin calculations.
• Production controlling in collaboration with production departments.
