Job summary

Gate is seeking a senior content safety and risk specialist to build and refine a global, multi-language safety framework for pre-defense, monitoring, and governance. You will lead risk-control infrastructure, including blacklists and multimodal detection systems, and drive AI/Agent-enabled model iterations with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong adversarial thinking, a proactive mindset, and experience with international platforms or anti-fraud providers.

Responsibilities

• Build a global multi-language, multi-scenario content safety strategy matrix for pre-defense, monitoring, and governance.
• Lead construction of risk control infrastructure including blacklisted word/image libraries and multimodal safety systems.
• Drive multi-language NLP and multi-modal model iteration with algorithm teams using AI/Agent technologies.
• Establish a quantifiable content safety evaluation system with deep data funnel analyses.
