Job summary

Gate is seeking a senior content safety and risk specialist to build and refine a global, multi-language safety framework for pre-defense, monitoring, and governance. You will lead risk-control infrastructure, including blacklists and multimodal detection systems, and drive AI/Agent-enabled model iterations with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong adversarial thinking, a proactive mindset, and experience with international platforms or anti-fraud providers.

• Build a global multi-language, multi-scenario content safety strategy matrix to establish a full-link system for pre-defense, mid-monitoring, and post-governance against fraud and traffic diversion.
• Lead the construction of risk control infrastructure, including blacklisted word and image libraries, and implement multi-modal content safety identification systems.
• Drive the application and iteration of multi-language NLP models and multi-modal fusion models in collaboration with algorithm teams, utilizing AI/Agent technologies.
• Establish a quantifiable content safety evaluation system, performing deep data funnel analysis to ensure strategy precision and recall rates.
