Job summary

EX.IO in the UAE seeks a Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory compliance across its UAE entities and support licensing and ongoing regulatory requirements for virtual asset and financial services activities. You will review policies, assess risk, conduct monitoring, and prepare regulator-ready documentation while advising business teams on regulatory impacts.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance, preferably within virtual assets, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and assess compliance risks.
• Clear and professional communication skills, including preparing regulatory reports and explaining requirements to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance across EX.IO’s UAE entities and support licensing and ongoing regulatory requirements for virtual asset and financial services activities.
• Review and update compliance policies, conduct risk assessments, perform compliance monitoring and testing.
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulators and internal stakeholders; advise business teams on regulatory impacts.
