Job summary

LHH Middle East seeks a Chief Financial Officer to oversee finance across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia Pacific, providing strategic and operational leadership.

We are engaging finance leaders with multi-region experience and a track record of transforming finance functions, ensuring IFRS compliance, governance, and cross-border tax management while driving finance transformation and stakeholder credibility. Travel across international markets is expected.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent) with MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Proven record of establishing or transforming finance functions in new or developing markets.
• Strong command of IFRS, financial controls, governance, and multi-country tax and statutory requirements.
• Experience with ERP implementation, process standardisation and finance transformation.
• Commercial acumen and credibility to influence senior stakeholders and market leadership.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate remote, multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently across international markets.
