Freshfields LLP in Dubai seeks a strategic MENA Chief Operating Officer & Director of Finance to lead operations and finance for the region. You will shape business performance, drive transformation, and partner with the MENA Managing Partner to align with global strategy.

This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Global CFO. The successful candidate will oversee finance, IT, risk, real estate, and shared services, build strong teams, and implement robust governance while supporting

Qualificações

Broad-based business operations leadership experience, preferably in large professional services.
Proven change management and organizational transformation experience.
Strong strategic planning and financial analysis capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proven leadership track record delivering client-focused service.
Advanced degree (MBA) or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

Lead MENA region operational, financial, and regulatory strategy.
Drive business transformation, efficiency, and profitability across offices.
Deliver actionable financial analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
Oversee governance, risk management and compliance with regulations.
