Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of related experience.

• In lieu of a degree, 19+ years of related experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-year pipelines in defense, aerospace, or advanced technology.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex international pursuits and collaborate with global teams.
• Strong strategic thinking with expertise in integrating advanced technologies (including AI) into new solution offerings.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers, industry partners, and internal executive leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and experience influencing enterprise-level growth strategies.
