This role leads strategic growth for a multibilliondollar global pipeline of C5ISR system opportunities. It is responsible for shaping sector strategy driving cross-functional and cross-sector collaboration advancing innovative offerings and strengthening competitive positioning in international markets.

Essential Functions

• Oversee a 3-year global new business pipeline.
• Contribute to achieving and surpassing international annual operating plan targets.
• Lead globally distributed cross-functional teams to pursue complex international C5ISR opportunities.
• Drive strategic enterprise-level campaigns that integrate capabilities across sectors to enable a unified growth approach.
• Shape long-term business strategy and advance differentiated AI-enabled solutions aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Leverage strategic partnerships and commercial technologies to accelerate solution development and enhance competitive advantage.
• Strengthen market positioning through senior-level customer engagements solution demonstrations thought leadership and coordinated market communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 19 years of prior related experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale multi-year pipelines in defense aerospace or advanced technology sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex international pursuits and collaborate with global teams.
• Strong strategic thinking with expertise in integrating advanced technologies (including AI) into new solution offerings.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers industry partners and internal executive leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and experience influencing enterprise-level growth strategies.
