Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for the success of commercial projects with shipping lines or airlines.
• Generate leads by researching potential prospects from directories, web searches, or digital resources.
• Cold call and visit potential clients to initiate relationships.
• Attend conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to track prospects.
• Sell services by establishing contact and proposing solutions to new prospects.
• Maintain a rich, active pipeline and close deals.
• Prepare and send proposals to prospects and clients.
• Engage in face-to-face meetings with newly acquired clients and maintain visitation plans.
• Interact with clients to resolve complaints during onboarding.
• Meet individual KPIs and targets set by management.
• Any other projects/tasks as assigned.
