Job summary

Taqeef seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of Midea marketing activities across the UAE and overseas markets. You will work closely with the Marketing Director and team, as well as Midea regional teams, ensuring timely follow-up and effective campaign execution.

This hands-on role is suited to someone highly organized, proactive and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, markets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally across brand, product, or trade marketing.
• Experience in HVAC, consumer appliances, electronics, or distributor-led business is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Director in developing and executing Midea's annual marketing plan across the UAE and overseas markets.
• Manage and maintain the annual marketing calendar for Midea.
• Adapt Midea global and regional campaigns for markets while ensuring brand guideline consistency.
• Coordinate with Midea regional and global teams on campaigns, assets, approvals, expenses and reporting.
• Develop and manage Midea marketing collateral including brochures, catalogues, presentations, product videos, digital content, POS materials and sales tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and technical teams to translate product features into customer-focused messages.
• Ensure overseas teams have brand assets and guidelines to market Midea effectively.
• Support planning and execution of exhibitions, dealer events, customer activations and product launches.
• Monitor brand activity and marketing trends to identify opportunities and initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and KPIs, providing regular reporting to management.
• Assist in preparation and management of the annual marketing budget and maintain expense records.
