Job summary

Qvest Group in Dubai invites recent graduates to join its Sales Trainee Program, a year‑long, hands‑on introduction to B2B technology sales in an international environment.

You will work with Sales Managers, gain experience across the full sales cycle, and learn how commercial processes drive value in complex projects. Upon completion, you may transition to an Associate role in the Sales team.

Qualifications

• You have completed a technical or commercial degree, e.g., a bachelor’s degree in business administration or management.
• Strong written and verbal Arabic & English skills are essential; French is a plus.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in new business acquisition through structured outreach, lead generation, and follow-up activities.
• Assist in identification and qualification of sales opportunities and maintain an active prospect pipeline.
• Support the end-to-end sales process through active participation and shadowing of senior colleagues (qualification, discovery, proposals, and closing).
• Support the preparation of offers and commercial proposals together with pre-sales and delivery teams.
• Contribute to pricing preparation and contract coordination in alignment with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, finance, delivery).
• Cross-sell and up-sell Qvest’s services across relevant client contacts and departments, with guidance from senior team members.
• Assist in coordinating RFP/RFI and tender responses, including collecting internal inputs and ensuring timely submission.
• Ensure accurate CRM documentation and pipeline updates in Salesforce, including forecasting support and internal reporting.
• Support customer handovers to delivery teams and contribute to post-sale customer satisfaction.
