Job summary

BeWunder in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to lead technical responses for proposals and tenders on international installation projects. You will coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure compliant, technically sound offers.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Audio-Visual Engineering, several years in pre-sales or technical project management in AV/lighting, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Degree and/or proven experience in Audio-Visual Engineering.
• Several years of experience in pre-sales engineering or technical project management within AV / lighting installations.
• Strong understanding of technical project planning, execution and documentation.
• Experience coordinating with clients and suppliers on international projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring tender and RFP responses are technically compliant with client requirements.
• Technical processing of requests for proposals and tenders for planning and execution of international installations.
• Management and coordination of the technical planning team during tendering.
• Independent design and implementation planning of media and lighting installations.
• Review and verification of planning documents provided by clients.
• Support in preparing layouts, renderings, sketches and technical documentation for offers.
• Preparation of design reports and risk analyses.
• Preparation of preliminary schedules and construction schedules.
• Conducting internal and external project meetings.
• Technical consulting and coordination with clients.
• Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams (Design & Engineering, Commercial, PM, Procurement).
