Job summary

BeWunder, a turnkey partner in Event Production and Spatial Experiences, seeks a Pre-Sales Engineer in Dubai to drive technical tender responses for international installation projects. You will collaborate with clients, suppliers and internal teams to plan and execute complex installations in museums, exhibitions and experience centers.

The role requires AV engineering expertise, strong project management and excellent English communication, with opportunities to influence design, risk analysis

Qualifications

• Degree in Audio-Visual Engineering or equivalent.
• Several years of pre-sales engineering or technical project management experience in AV/lighting installations.
• Strong understanding of technical project planning, execution and documentation.
• Solid knowledge of commercial and technical aspects of AVL in permanent/semi-permanent installations for cultural/ entertainment sectors.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Experience in technical consulting and coordinating with clients to meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tender and RFP responses are technically compliant with client requirements.
• Lead technical planning for complex international installation projects during tendering phase.
• Coordinate and manage the technical planning team during tendering.
• Independently design and plan media and lighting installations.
• Review planning documents provided by clients and support layout/technical documentation preparation.
• Produce design reports and technical risk analyses.
• Prepare preliminary and construction schedules.
• Conduct internal and external project meetings.
• Provide technical consulting and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
