Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a Logistics Manager in the United Arab Emirates to plan, coordinate, and supervise end-to-end logistics for armored vehicles, defense equipment, and government contracts. You will manage international freight, import/export duties, and shipping compliance across air, sea, and land channels with a focus on security and regulatory adherence.

Requires 8–12 years in logistics, at least 5 years in defense sectors, and experience with MOD/government contracts.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of logistics and supply chain experience.
• Minimum 5 years in defense, military, armored vehicle, aerospace, or heavy manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing logistics for MOD, military, or government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage all logistics and supply chain activities.
• Lead import/export documentation, customs clearance and shipping compliance.
• Oversee air, sea and land freight for domestic and international shipments.
• Coordinate with ministries, government agencies and contractors.
• Develop cost-optimized logistics strategies while maintaining service levels.
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory movement and material handling.
• Lead the logistics team and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
