My client is seeking an experienced Global Technical Product Owner – AI & ML to drive Generative AI products and enterprise AI capabilities within a leading banking environment. Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management for AI-enabled enterprise tech.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI platforms and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, RLHF and agentic workflows.
• Experience with agile product management and multi-team delivery.
• Knowledge of AI governance, observability and responsible AI.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business, IS or related.
• Certifications in product management or AI strategy are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for Generative AI solutions.
• Translate AI strategy into prioritised initiatives and requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams across AI, data science, engineering and business.
• Own multi-squad backlogs, prioritisation and agile execution.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for LLMs and KPIs, ROI measures and benchmarks.
• Drive AI observability, governance and regulatory compliance across the lifecycle.
• Engage senior stakeholders with clear business outcomes and narratives.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive adoption of LLMs, RAG, agentic systems (Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone).
• Lead and develop the team, fostering innovation and delivery excellence.
