talabat seeks a Manager, Data Scientist - AI to lead a team delivering ML and generative AI systems that power product decisions and business outcomes. You will own the technical roadmap, mentor practitioners, and partner with product managers and engineers to deploy reliable, scalable AI capabilities.

You will oversee end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data pipelines to deployment and monitoring, while elevating MLOps and evaluation standards across the tribe.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data science, ML engineering, and/or generative AI, including production deployment.
• 2+ years managing or leading a data science or ML team with developing talent and delivery responsibility.
• Experience building ML systems for online consumer products is a strong plus.
