INNOBAYT in Dubai is seeking an AI Solution Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end AI, ML, Generative AI, and intelligent automation initiatives from requirements through production. You will coordinate AI, data, software, and cloud teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions with measurable business outcomes.

The role combines AI expertise with delivery leadership and stakeholder management, balancing architecture, governance, and rapid delivery in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology or digital transformation, including 3+ years delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions into production.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams on complex initiatives.
• Strong grasp of enterprise architecture, cloud, data, and system integration.

We are seeking an AI Solution Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of AI, ML, Generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions, from requirements through production. The role combines AI expertise, delivery leadership, and stakeholder management to deliver secure, scalable solutions with measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Delivery: Lead AI solutions from requirements to production, coordinating AI, data, software, and cloud teams to meet scope, timeline, and quality targets.
• Solution design: Translate business needs into secure, scalable AI solutions, working with architects and engineers to select models, platforms, and integrations.
• Project management: Own plans, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies using Agile/Scrum practices.
• Stakeholders: Partner with business and technology leaders, run workshops and demos, and communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly.
• Innovation: Apply emerging AI, including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and copilots, to improve business processes, and promote reusable accelerators.
• Governance and quality: Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, Responsible AI, and compliance standards, with sound testing, monitoring, and lifecycle practices.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years in technology or digital transformation, including 3+ years delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions into production.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams on complex initiatives.
• Strong grasp of enterprise architecture, cloud, data, and system integration.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Technical skills

• AI and GenAI: ML, LLMs, NLP, computer vision, RAG, AI agents, copilots, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
• Platforms: Azure AI/Azure OpenAI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI; Python, REST APIs, vector databases, and modern data platforms.
• MLOps and DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, model deployment, monitoring, and LLMOps.
• AI governance: AI security, data privacy, Responsible AI, model governance, and compliance.
