Job summary

Client of Pink Camel is seeking an experienced Admin & Compliance Manager for a UAE-based commodity trading company. The role focuses on office administration, onboarding, KYC compliance, banking documentation, and tender processes, with regular engagement across Europe and C-suite stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in admin and compliance, familiarity with oil, gas or financial services, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in office administration, compliance, KYC onboarding, or similar.
• Experience as Admin & Compliance Manager or similar role preferred.
• Experience in oil, gas, commodities trading, energy or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of customer and supplier KYC procedures and due diligence.
• Experience handling banking correspondence, financial docs, and tender submissions.
• Experience leading a small administrative team and engaging with European markets.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day office administration and ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.
• Managing customer and supplier onboarding including KYC documentation, due diligence checks, verification and record keeping.
• Ensuring administrative and onboarding processes comply with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
• Managing correspondence with banks and financial institutions including banking documentation and account requirements.
• Coordinating tender submissions ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete and submitted on time.
• Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, banks and external partners, particularly across Europe.
• Liaising with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders on documentation, correspondence and administrative matters.
• Supervising and supporting a small administrative team, delegating tasks and ensuring efficient daily delivery.
• Maintaining accurate confidential and well-organised records for internal and external requirements.
• Reviewing and improving administrative workflows, onboarding procedures and documentation processes.
