Job summary

Pink Camel, based in the UAE, seeks an Admin & Compliance Manager to lead day-to-day office governance, onboarding, KYC, and regulatory alignment. You will coordinate with banks and senior stakeholders to ensure compliant processes and timely documentation.

You will supervise a small admin team, optimize workflows, and maintain confidential records while engaging with European partners and markets to support regulatory compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in office administration, compliance or similar role
• Strong knowledge of KYC and due diligence
• Experience handling banking correspondence and financial documentation
• Experience supervising a small team
• Experience engaging with European markets and senior stakeholders
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and multitasking
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Discreet, professional and presentable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office administration and internal policies
• Manage customer and supplier onboarding, KYC documentation and due diligence
• Ensure administrative and onboarding processes meet regulatory requirements
• Manage correspondence with banks and financial institutions
• Coordinate tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, banks and partners across Europe
• Liaise with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
• Supervise and support a small administrative team
• Maintain accurate, confidential and well-organised records
• Review and improve administrative workflows and documentation processes
