Job summary

ARABIAN ALUMINIUM AND GLASS INDUSTRY LLC in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Arab National Coordinator to act as the communication link between Production and Sales, ensuring smooth day-to-day order flow and on-time delivery.

You will track orders, coordinate production scheduling with sales commitments, and maintain accurate records while proactively flagging delays and discrepancies. The role requires strong glasses industry knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the glass processing industry, in a similar coordination role (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of glass production processes and order management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and Production teams
• Track and monitor daily orders, order status, and production requirements
• Communicate order specifications, priorities, and changes clearly to production
• Follow up on order progress and flag delays or issues proactively
• Coordinate scheduling to align production capacity with sales commitments
• Maintain accurate records of orders, timelines, and production updates
• Resolve discrepancies between order requirements and production capabilities
