The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the glass processing industry and possess strong communication skills. This full-time position requires multitasking and proficiency in MS Excel, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and schedules.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the glass processing industry, in a similar coordination role (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of glass production processes and order management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and Production teams.
• Track and monitor daily orders, order status, and production requirements.
• Communicate order specifications, priorities, and changes clearly to production.
• Follow up on order progress and flag delays or issues proactively.
• Coordinate scheduling to align production capacity with sales commitments.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, timelines, and production updates.
• Resolve discrepancies between order requirements and production capabilities.
