Job summary

Aspen Holdings in Dubai is seeking a General Accountant to ensure accurate IFRS-compliant financial reporting and robust MIS processes. You will post transactions in SAP, perform month-end close, and support intercompany reconciliations and audits.

The role requires 3–5 years of financial accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to analyse variances and provide actionable insights to management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial accounting.
• Experience with SAP and Cognos/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Post accounting transactions in SAP in accordance with IFRS.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses.
• Perform month-end close including accruals and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support audits and maintain MIS reports and SOPs.
• Provide insights to support business decisions.
