Job summary

Cairo929 is seeking a Training Specialist to lead and enhance agent training programs across delivery channels. You will manage classroom sessions, design materials, and coach learners to achieve performance targets.

You will collaborate with Operations and Instructional Design to ensure content is up-to-date, measure training effectiveness, and support a smooth transition from training to production, aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills communication, critical thinking, time management, and team building.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to coach learners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily functional direction of agents in training and monitor progress.
• Deliver training using effective presentation and facilitation skills.
• Prepare and deliver training materials through classroom sessions and demonstrations.
• Be accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations to transition agents from training to production.
• Stay updated on product knowledge for each account through calls and meetings.
• Ensure consistent communication with managers, peers, and clients.
• Assist Instructional Design in creating materials for various delivery methods.
• Measure training effectiveness and enhance resources based on feedback.
• Suggest curriculum modifications based on feedback and training needs analysis.
• Engage in continuous learning about changes in products, services, and procedures.
