Job summary

Auxo Talent is partnering with a UAE-based enterprise undergoing a major AI transformation to build an AI function from the ground up. The AI Engineer will drive production AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives, delivering end-to-end solutions from POC to production and scale.

You will work with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI agents, designing APIs, system architecture, and cloud deployments while collaborating closely with product stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI/ML/GenAI solutions for production environments.
• Strong Python development track record with production-grade code.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models and services to cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop production AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Work with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI and AI agents.
• Build and orchestrate AI APIs, integrations, and pipelines.

I'm partnering with a leading enterprise organisation undergoing a major AI transformation, and we're looking for hands-on AI Engineers to join their growing AI function.

This is a build-from-the-ground-up environment — taking real business problems from POC → Production → Scale.

What you'll work on

• Production AI/ML and Generative AI solutions

• LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI & AI Agents

• AI APIs, integrations and orchestration

• ML pipelines, MLOps and production deployment

• Working directly with business and product stakeholders

We're looking for

• Strong Python development experience

• Proven experience taking AI/ML or GenAI solutions into production

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG or Agentic AI

• Strong understanding of APIs, system design and cloud platforms

• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar

• A genuine engineering mindset — you build, deploy and own

Experience across Retail, Logistics, Aviation, Real Estate or Energy is advantageous.
