Job summary

Saatchi & Saatchi in the UAE & KSA, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a senior leader to oversee the Generative AI team. The role focuses on guiding creative campaigns, training plans, and process innovations using Generative AI as a co-pilot across MEA content and campaigns.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver ground-breaking ideas and ensure timely delivery of projects, while mentoring peers in AI-driven content creation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in an advertising agency.
• Experience leading a creative team effectively.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaigns and outcomes.
• Ability to mentor and guide team members in AI adoption.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the broader Generative AI team and project delivery from conception to production.
• Collaborate with internal clients and talent teams on training and processes for Generative AI.
• Pitch concepts to clients and initiate projects that meet creative briefs.
• Manage all stages of the creative process and client engagements.
• Develop and implement new workflows and integration plans for Generative AI tools.
• Foster trust and advocate for Generative AI adoption across the organization.
