Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated maintenance professional for Anantara Retreat Santorini Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on health and safety compliance, environmental practices, and prompt guest service while upholding civil, interior design, and FF&E maintenance standards.

The position involves maintaining equipment, following preventive maintenance programs, and documenting activities. You will report to the Assistant Chief Engineer and contribute to safety and operational

Responsibilities

• Responds immediately to health and safety requests.
• Ensures environmentally friendly practices when handling solvents and finishing agents.
• Responds to guest requests promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintains and repairs all civil, interior design, and FF&E finishes.
• Follows preventive maintenance programs to keep finishes in optimal condition.
• Evaluates and responds to equipment and area usage.
• Completes all work orders with due diligence.
• Keeps a daily logbook of problems, solutions, and activities.
• Completes tasks as assigned by Assistant Chief Engineer.
• Maintains health and safety documentation and records for the assigned area.
• Reports potential safety hazards and participates in emergency response as directed.

• Maintains a daily logbook highlighting problems and solutions, as well as any other activities.
• Completes tasks as assigned by Assistant Chief Engineer
• Maintains health and safety documentation and records for the assigned area.
• Reports and documents potential safety hazards
• Participates as directed in the emergency response team.
