Job summary

Danat Al Emarat Hospital for Women & Children in Abu Dhabi seeks a General Practitioner - Pediatrics to deliver high-quality primary and preventive care for infants, children, and adolescents in a family-centered setting.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited internship program.
• Valid DOH License or eligibility to practice as a General Practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, or Primary Care with pediatric exposure.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and physical examinations for pediatric patients.
• Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic childhood illnesses.
• Provide preventive healthcare services, including growth monitoring, developmental assessments, and immunizations.
• Manage minor pediatric emergencies and stabilize patients when required.
