Job summary

Greenbull Group Dubai is seeking a General Manager to found and run a premium joinery business in the UAE. You will develop the business plan, assemble a team, and potentially acquire or partner with an existing factory.

The role includes owning margins, costs, and supplier negotiations to establish a market-leading standard. Leaders with proven experience in establishing or scaling a joinery operation will drive the venture, reporting to Group leadership on performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Senior industry operator with ownership experience.
• Knowledge of UAE market regulations and key players.
• Experience building or leading a joinery factory or unit.
• Ability to lead senior technical and factory leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build the joinery business from scratch or acquire an existing company.
• Own the P&L, margins, costs and overall commercial performance.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to drive core value.
• Set up assets, production standards and ensure quality delivery.
• Build and lead the team including senior technical leadership.
