Job summary

Genius HRTech Services L.L.C - FZ - Dubai is seeking a General Manager to lead the organisation, set strategic direction, and oversee all business functions including Sales, Engineering, Projects, Service & Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Administration, Health & Safety, and Quality.

The role demands a Bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of progressive experience in industrial refrigeration, HVAC-R, cold storage, or engineering contracting, plus 7 years in senior executive leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Refrigeration / Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fifteen (15) years of progressive experience within industrial refrigeration, HVAC-R, cold storage, engineering contracting, or related industries.
• Seven (7) years in a senior executive leadership position.
• Proven experience managing full Profit and Loss responsibility.

The General Manager serves as the highest-ranking executive within company and is responsible for the overall leadership, management, performance, and strategic direction of the organization. The role provides oversight of all business functions, including Sales, Business Development, Engineering, Projects, Service & Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Health & Safety, and Quality.
