Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai seeks a General Manager - Food & FMCG to lead and grow its Dubai operations with end-to-end responsibility for strategy, sales, retail & distribution, operations, supply chain, marketing, team leadership, and P&L.

The role focuses on expanding the brand across Dubai, building relationships with retailers, distributors, and stakeholders, and driving growth through multiple channels including e-commerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in FMCG, food, organic products, or related industries.
• Strong Dubai retail, distribution, and business development experience.
• Proven launching or scaling brands in the Dubai/GCC.
• Knowledge of Dubai food regulations, import/export, and Dubai Municipality requirements.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach with strong ownership.
