Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is seeking a maintenance professional to manage daily work schedules, perform planned maintenance, and promptly respond to guest requests and emergencies.

You will collaborate with hotel departments to ensure equipment and systems meet standards, including air conditioning, water, and fire safety. You will coordinate with external contractors and assist inspectors to uphold hotel safety and service quality.

Responsabilidades

• To implement the daily work schedule, to handle planned maintenance and respond to guest requests and emergency situations.
• To work with other operational departments in the effective performance of their duties.
• To check air conditioning, water, fire safety systems of the hotel and maintain them according to required standards.
• Close coordinate with all other departments of the hotel to maintain their equipment in day-to-day operation.
• Work with external contractors on behalf of the hotel, and support external inspectors in the execution of their inspections.
