Job summary

Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to support daily operations of the hotel. You will monitor HVAC, water, and fire safety systems and coordinate with other departments to ensure uninterrupted guest comfort.

You will work with external contractors and assist inspectors, respond to guest requests, and help uphold Anantara’s standards of safety and service across the property.

Qualifications

• To implement the daily work schedule and handle planned maintenance.
• To respond to guest requests and emergency situations.
• To work with other operational departments in the effective performance of their duties.
• To check air conditioning, water, fire safety systems of the hotel and maintain them to required standards.
• Close coordination with all other departments to maintain equipment in day-to-day operation.
• Work with external contractors on behalf of the hotel and support inspectors in their inspections.
