Job summary

Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort in Dubai, UAE is seeking a maintenance professional to join our team on site. You will support the daily operational schedule, address maintenance requests, and help ensure guest comfort while upholding luxury standards.

You will coordinate with hotel departments, perform system checks on HVAC, water, and fire safety, and liaise with external contractors and inspectors to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement daily work schedule, handle planned maintenance, and respond to guest requests and emergencies.
• Work with other operational departments in the effective performance of their duties.
• Check air conditioning, water, fire safety systems and maintain them to required standards.
• Coordinate with all other departments to maintain equipment in day-to-day operation.
• Work with external contractors on behalf of the hotel, and support external inspectors during inspections.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
