Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand, seeks a General Counsel, AI-First Legal Delivery to own legal work across Puffy, RGG, RGG Capital Family Office, and the CEO's personal matters. You'll operate with defined mandates, coordinating with outside counsel, and reporting directly to the CEO in a full-time, standalone in-house role.

Focus areas include investment-related legal exposure, commercial drafting, and cross-border coordination.

Qualifications

• Recognized law degree (JD/LLB) and good standing in at least one jurisdiction.
• Substantial hands-on experience with AI for legal work and ability to verify outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own primary legal guidance on investments, corporate matters, and the CEO's personal legal needs.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and maintain accountability across three workstreams.
• Produce verified, decision-ready legal recommendations with clear priorities and deadlines.
• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, retail, and affiliate agreements; support due diligence.
