Puffy, a leading D2C brand, is hiring a Head of AI Transformation and Business Operations to lead the AI integration across the company from Dubai. You will own the transformation portfolio, redesign workflows, and drive adoption with budgets and measurable impact.

You will work directly with the CEO to build reusable AI operating models, scale AI-enabled processes, and deliver commercial improvements across marketing, customer experience, retail, and finance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business operations, transformation, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional change with measurable impact.
• Strong proficiency with LLMs, agents, integrations, and automation.
