Job summary

Discovered MENA is seeking a senior GenAI product leader to own the backlog, translate stakeholder needs into measurable requirements, and drive real-world adoption. You will ship robust GenAI features with rigorous testing and validation, coordinating across business, tech, and external vendors to keep milestones on track.

You will bring 6+ years in product management or related roles, a CS/engineering-related degree, and strong Agile experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management or related delivery roles.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Agile exposure; CSPO is a plus.
• GenAI experience with shipped products.
• Comfortable presenting to executives, engineers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the GenAI product backlog translating needs into testable requirements.
• Ensure launches are fully tested, validated and production-ready.
• Coordinate delivery across business, technology and vendor stakeholders.
• Drive post-launch adoption through usage analytics, feedback and iteration.

Our client is going all-in on Generative AI, and they need someone to grab the wheel. Not "help out with" GenAI. Own it.

The Position and Responsibilities:

• You call the shots on the backlog - You will own and prioritise the GenAI product backlog, translating stakeholder needs into testable requirements for engineering.
• You ship things that actually work -No shaky launches - you make sure everything's tested, validated, and ready for the real world before it goes live
• You coordinate delivery - across business, technology and vendor stakeholders, tracking milestones, risks and dependencies.
• You obsess over what happens after launch -Usage, performance, feedback — you're chasing real adoption, not just a shipped feature.

What makes you a fit

• 6+ years in product management, tech delivery, business analysis or digital transformation -banking/financial services experience is a big plus
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or something adjacent
• You know your way around agile - backlogs, user stories, sprints. CSPO is a nice-to-have, not a dealbreaker
• You've actually shipped something GenAI-related, not just read about it
• You're comfortable in the room with execs, engineers, and vendors
