Job summary

Komodo Health is seeking a structured implementation operations specialist to own end-to-end data deliveries, onboarding, and production workflows. You will collaborate with AI-enabled implementations, API and cloud teams, and focus on data quality, timeliness, and stakeholder impact while driving automation to scale operations.

Required are strong SQL and data fundamentals, ability to investigate data, troubleshoot workflows, and a proactive mindset to learn AI-enabled workflows.

• Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms, or modern data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation operations, including customer onboarding, recurring data deliveries, production workflows, and operational support.
• Support AI enabled implementations and onboarding by partnering with relevant technical and cross-functional teams.
• Execute and validate production deliveries while maintaining high standards for data quality, timeliness, documentation, and customer impact.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, DPQ, Customer Success, and Technical Engagement to resolve issues.
• Use GenAI tools and AI capabilities to improve productivity and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Drive automation, documentation, and process improvements to make implementation operations more scalable.
