You will direct laboratory personnel, manage the Laboratory Quality Management System (LQMS), drive ISO-compliant processes, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives to sustain precision in grading and data integrity.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in laboratory management or a related scientific field.
• Strong background in gemstone grading and testing of diamonds and colored stones.
• Deep understanding of Laboratory Quality Management Systems and ISO audit processes.

• Direct and supervise laboratory personnel and foster high-performance teams.
• Oversee scientific analyses ensuring testing protocols meet validation standards and uncertainty requirements.
