Vrinda International in the UAE seeks a highly skilled Jewellery Grader to guard quality across production. You will inspect pieces for craftsmanship, verify specifications, and collaborate with production to prevent defects.

The role requires deep knowledge of diamonds and gemstones, precise measurements, and strong communication skills to document results and support delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–15 years in jewellery manufacturing, QC, or grading.
• Extensive jewellery grading knowledge and gemstone characteristics.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and measurement accuracy.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams.
• Salary expectation: ₹15-20 LPA.

Responsabilités

• Conduct visual and technical inspections to verify quality against specifications.
• Assess diamonds and gemstones for cut, clarity, color, and carat weight.
• Measure dimensions, weights, and structural integrity with industry tools.
• Identify defects and document inconsistencies in materials and craftsmanship.
• Evaluate overall finished product quality and feedback to production.
• Record inspection results and quality metrics for compliance and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss findings and resolve issues.
