Job summary

leading-edge is seeking experienced Field Researchers to conduct real time, tech-enabled insights for global pharmaceutical leaders in the UAE/GCC. You will engage with physicians, pharmacists, and key decision makers across UAE, KSA, and GCC to run IDIs, focus groups, and fieldwork.

The role requires strong relationships with HCPs, ability to manage logistics, ensure data accuracy, and maintain confidentiality with NDA adherence. Travel within GCC may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (MBA/MSc a plus).
• 2-5+ years of pharmaceutical market research experience (field research, IDIs, focus groups).
• Proven network of HCP contacts in Saudi Arabia, UAE, GCC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IDIs, focus groups, and KOL interviews with physicians, pharmacists, and decisionmakers.
• Plan and manage fieldwork logistics (scheduling, venue, incentives, travel if needed).
• Ensure data accuracy transcribe, code, and flag insights with detailed notes.
