Job summary

FarmaMondo, a Swiss pharmaceutical group, seeks a Market Access Liaison for UAE, Bahrain & Oman. The role is based in the United Arab Emirates with travel ~50% across GCC markets, reporting to the Market Access Manager GCC and MD MENA & Turkey.

You will build relationships with KOLs, navigate early access programs, and align regional access strategies with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidate holds an advanced life sciences degree and 3+ years in market access or medical affairs in the GCC,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in market access, MSL, or Medical Affairs within haematology/oncology in the GCC.
• Strong understanding of early access and named-patient programmes.
• Knowledge of GCC regulatory and procurement landscapes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder engagement with KOLs and health authorities across the GCC.
• Manage early access and named-patient programmes and supplier coordination.
• Translate field and access insights into regional strategy in collaboration with leadership.
• Support cross-functional teams including medical, commercial, and distributors.
