The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years post-specialist experience, solid UAE clinical exposure, and strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• DHA, DOH (HAAD), or MOH UAE Licensed Specialist Gastroenterologist
• Minimum 5 years’ post-specialist experience
• Previous UAE clinical experience
• Strong outpatient Gastroenterology experience
• Procedural Gastroenterology experience
• Excellent patient engagement and communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term patient relationships

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide spectrum of gastrointestinal disorders, from GERD to GI cancers.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures (gastroscopy, colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, ERCP) with focus on precision and safety.
• Interpret and correlate findings from diagnostic tests, imaging, and labs to formulate comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide expert consultation and second opinions to referring physicians on challenging gastroenterological cases.
