Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is seeking a Prequalifications and Sales Engineer to drive business development in the UAE's gas distribution sector. You will manage the technical and commercial prequalification process while pursuing new sales opportunities and maintaining key client relationships.

The role requires 3–7 years in prequalification or technical sales, strong knowledge of gas distribution, tendering procedures, and fluent English. UAE driving license preferred; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in prequalification, technical sales, or business development.
• Familiarity with UAE tendering procedures and local authority standards.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit prequalification documents, vendor registrations, and EOIs.
• Coordinate with technical, legal, and financial departments to compile documentation.
• Track prequalification status with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Maintain and update a database of submissions, approvals, and renewals.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Conduct technical presentations and sales meetings with clients and consultants.
• Understand client needs and propose customized gas solutions in line with company capabilities.
• Negotiate and close commercial deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Build and manage relationships with key clients, consultants, and government bodies.
• Provide technical support during project initiation, including site visits and solution design discussions.
• Represent the company at trade shows and client briefings.
• Maintain records of sales activities, submissions, and client communications.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, sales pipeline updates, and forecasts.
• Ensure submissions comply with HSE standards and legal requirements.
