Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is seeking an experienced O&M Proposal Engineer for the Dubai gas distribution sector. The role involves developing and managing proposals for LPG, CNG, and NG systems, with a strong commercial focus and UAE regulatory awareness.

You will collaborate with engineering, sales and project management teams to tailor responses, perform cost-risk analyses, and ensure compliance with safety standards. A 2–3 year UAE gas distribution background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of UAE gas distribution sector experience with gas design engineering exposure.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills for cost, risk, and feasibility assessment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software for gas distribution projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage proposals for O&M projects in gas distribution (LPG, CNG, NG).
• Collaborate with engineering, sales and PM teams to customize proposals.
• Conduct cost analysis, risk assessment and feasibility studies for LPG/CNG/NG systems.
• Review drawings and BOQs to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Perform on-site data collection for planning and refinement of proposals.
• Stay updated on UAE gas distribution regulations and best practices.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders during negotiations and clarifications.
• Track proposal status and report progress to senior management.
