Job summary

Arkpeoplesolutions is seeking a garment merchandising professional in Dubai to coordinate client enquiries, quotations, samples and deliveries. You will liaise with clients, suppliers, factories and internal teams, while tracking orders and timelines to ensure on-time production and delivery.

The role requires strong fabrics and trims knowledge, excellent English, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple orders and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in garment merchandising within the uniform, apparel or fashion industry.
• Practical knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, sampling, production and quality.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident communicating with clients, suppliers, factories and colleagues.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Proactive work style and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating client enquiries, quotations, samples, approvals, orders and deliveries.
• Liaising with clients, fabric and trim suppliers, factories and internal teams.
• Following up on fabric trims, sizing, samples, production, quality and delivery timelines.
• Maintaining order trackers, critical paths, production schedules and client records.
• Preparing quotations, purchase orders, reports and presentations.
• Keeping stakeholders updated and following up on pending actions.
• Identifying potential delays or issues and escalating them early.
• Supporting general administration and maintaining organised digital files.
