Job summary

BavarLand Dubai is seeking an experienced Service Manager for a new auto workshop focusing on German vehicles. You will oversee daily workshop operations, coordinate technicians, and ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

We require at least 3 years in service management or senior technician roles, fluent English and Russian, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of vehicle systems. Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Manager or Senior Technician.
• Good knowledge of vehicle systems.
• Proficient in using spare parts catalogues and job estimation.
• Fluent in Russian and English (Arabic is a plus).
• Experience with German vehicles is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and team management skills.

• Manage daily workshop operations
• Distribute work orders and manage technicians’ workload
• Ensure quality control of repairs and maintenance
• Provide accurate job estimates and communicate with customers
• Work with spare parts catalogues and pricing databases
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
