Job summary

Hirestar Talent Consulting LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Site Technician for HV and FO cable installation projects. You will work on pilot FO cables, FO ducts, and circuit layouts, coordinating with labor on site and reporting progress to management.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years' experience, understands CAR ring diagrams, can read NOC drawings, and is able to locate underground services with cable locators.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of experience in HV and FO cable projects.
• Experience with pilot cables and FO ducts installation.
• Ability to study CAR with ring diagram and read NOC drawings.
• Willing to work on site under extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Study CAR with ring diagram and understand NOC drawings.
• Locate underground services and trace cables using locators.
• Manage labor and site activities; ensure safety at site.
• Install pilot FO cables and FO ducts as required.
• Make day-to-day execution decisions; report progress to supervisors.
• Coordinate with contractors and plot owners on site.
• Handle urgent assignments from supervisor/foreman/manager.

• Capable to take job related decisions in day today execution
• Daily follow-up and reporting to the superiors regarding site progress
• Site coordination with party contractors and plot owners.
• Miscellaneous urgent jobs assigned by supervisor/ foreman/Manager
