Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University with 5/8 years of practical experience in electrical utilities or contracting/consulting.
• Knowledge of maintenance of 132/11kV, 33/11-6.6kV and 11-6.6/0.4kV substation equipment with standard procedures and safety practices.
• Experience in supervising, handling emergencies, and corrective maintenance of distribution substation equipment.
• Experience with 33, 11, and 6.6 kV cables including fault finding and repairs; ISO and Occupational Health & Safety familiarity; GCC driving license.

Responsibilities

• Preferred candidate profile matches maintenance and supervision of substation equipment and emergency response.
• Perform corrective maintenance and fault rectifications on distribution substation equipment.
• Handle emergency breakdowns, troubleshoot faults, and repair 33/11/6.6 kV cables.
